1、摘 要在油田生产过程中会形成难以处理的含油污泥。含油污泥矿化度高,外排会对周围环境造成污染,并且对其进行无害化处理费用比较高,但是由于含油污泥产于地层,与地层有良好配伍性,研制污油泥调剖剂成本低,又能消耗生产中产生的废弃物,因此研究含油污泥调剖技术具有十分重要的意义。本文即采用单因素分析的实验方法研制出一种污油泥调剖剂的配方,此配方主要包括污油泥和悬浮剂、乳化剂、增强剂、交联剂等辅助成分。悬浮剂可以起到絮凝的作用;乳化剂能使互不相溶的液体形成稳定乳状液的有机化合物;增强剂是复合材料生产中必不可少的一种增强材料;交联剂能在线型分子间起架桥作用从而使多个线型分子相互键合交联成网络结
2、构。本研究通过一系列实验逐一确定了各种原料的加入量分别为:污油泥15%、悬浮剂0.2%、乳化剂0.3%、增强剂1.5%、交联剂0.5%。综合性能评价实验结果表明:活性污泥调剖剂具有较好的热稳定性、抗剪切及抗污染性能。封堵性能实验结果表明:注入量在8%左右时,其岩心封堵率可达94%。同时,选择的颗粒大小与孔喉大小要有一定的匹配关系,才能使含油污泥调剖剂进入油层深部。关键词:污油泥;调剖剂;配方;性能评价8AbstractInthecourseofoilproductionwillbedifficulttodealwiththeformationofoilysludge.oilys
