1、目录摘要资产证券化作为一种新的融资手段，已成为国际资本市场上发展最快、最具活力的一种金融产品，同样在我国也有着广阔的前景，它可以成为当前我国商业银行业突破资本“瓶颈”的有效手段，但我国境内资产证券化目前尚处起步阶段，规模小且证券化资产种类和发行模式单一，还需大力推动。当前，我国银行良好的成长性与巨额不良资产形成强烈反差，各行普遍面临资本金不足、不良资产比重高、流动性差、运作效率低等问题，需要通过金融创新，特别是借鉴如资产证券化等国际成功经验来解决。如今，我国经济已逐步融入世界经济一体化的进程当中，
2、大力发展资产证券化对我国国民经济发展同样意义重大。本文在简要阐述资产证券化相关理论的基础上，分析了我国商业银行推行资产证券化业务的必要性及可行性，提出我国商业银行资产证券化发展存在的问题，再借鉴美国及澳大利亚商业银行资产证券化的起步与发展历程,论述了应当从完善我国相应法律体系、培育市场参与主体、加强监管等方面全面发展我国资产证券化发展的策略。关键词：资产证券化，SPV，风险目录ABSTRACTThepropertysecuritizationtakesonenewfinancingmethod,h
