1、土木工程学院05工程管理专业我国建设行业人力资源管理现状浅析我国建设行业人力资源管理现状浅析【摘要】现今时代，人力资源管理日渐占据了举足轻重的地位。美国著名管理学者托马斯·彼得斯说过：“企业或事业唯一真正的资源是人，管理就是充分开发人力资源以做好工作。”无数事实证明，一家企业成功与否，很大一部分取决于人，取决于该企业如何管理人，如何用人。当然，无论各行各业，在人力资源管理方面，自古至今都存在着各种各样的问题。人的能动性，自主性，多变性等等各种特性，毋庸置疑的使人力资源管理成为现代管理中永恒的难题。而在我国建设行业中，在人力资源管理方面，除了具备一些较为典型的常见问题外，还存在一些特殊性问
2、题，例如人员流动性大难于管理等。本文将首先为读者简要阐述有关人力资源管理的基本原理概念，发展历程以及其常见问题等，再结合人力资源管理在建设项目工程管理中的特殊性问题，通过问卷调查进行较为详细的现状及问题成因分析，并根据分析结论提出有效可行的解决方案。【关键词】我国建设行业;建设项目;工程管理;人力资源管理【Abstract】Inmoderntimes,themanagementofhumanresourceisnowtakingupamuchhigherplaceintoday’smanagementfield.ThomasPetersoncesaidthat,‘Tomanageisju
3、sttoexplorehumanresourcewellandadequatelytoletourjobsbewell-done,forthereisonlyhumancanbetheverygenuineresourceinourcareerandcorporations.Numerousevidenceshavestatedthatthesuccessofanenterprise,toalargeextent,dependsonpeople,alsodependsonhowtheenterprisetobettermanageorusepeople.Undoubtedly,among
4、everywalkoflife,therehaveexistedvariousproblemssincelongtimeagoconcerningthemanagementofhumanresource.Unconditionally,distinctivenessofhumanbeing,suchastheirinitiative,autonomytogetherwiththeirfrequentvariability,hasforcedhumanresourcemanagementtobeonetimelessdifficultprobleminthemodernmanagement
5、field.Well,talkingaboutChineseconstructionindustry,wherehumanresourcemanagementisconcerned,besideaquantityoftypicalproblemstobeseen,someotherpeculiarproblemsdoexist,takethestaffmobilitythatduetothehardshipofmanagementforexample.Inthispaper,Iwillfirstbrieflyelaborateonthegeneralideasofhumanresourc
6、emanagement,includingitsbasicprincipleconcept,itsdevelopmentprocessaswellassomecommonproblemsithasbeenfacingandsoon.Next,integratingwithsomespecificproblemsofhumanresourcemanagementinconstructionprojectmanagement,Iwouldliketoanalyzethecurrentstatusandcausesofproblemthroughaquestionnairesurveyandp
