1、房产交易网站的设计与实现XXX计算机学院软件工程专业2006级指导老师：摘要：房产交易网站为房产市场提供了一个网络房产交易的平台。该系统针对房地产行业特点，专门设计开发了包含基本信息、市场管理、会员管理、费用管理等管理模块的Web应用房产交易管理系统，集购房、租房、房产信息管理,市场管理于一体，以房产市场管理为核心，辅以简单的财务管理，将繁杂的房产交易工作划分为特定管理部分，对整个房产销售，出租流程作完整严格的控制管理。系统以J2EE作为开发环境,JAVA作为开发语言,TOMCAT5.0作为Web容器,数据库采用MYSQL。系统提供两部分的功能：WEB用户进
