5、············74.3.2金属螺旋弹簧······························································95结论·····································································9100前言:振动筛分为直线振动筛、圆振动筛和复合振动筛,主要用于物料的分级、脱水、脱泥、脱介。振动筛是一种高速振动的设备,其振动频率可达24Hz,因此对于振动设备的力学运动必须进行设计计算。振动筛的设计应按其用途、使用要求和物料特性等实际条件进行,其参数、结构应满足先进

6、性、可靠性以及经济合理的要求。本文对振动筛的动力参数进行理论上的设计与探讨。1运动学参数(1)振动强度K,根据目前的机械水平,K值一般在3~8范围内。(2)抛射强度KV,根据振动筛的用途选取,直线振动筛宜取KV=2.5~4.0;对圆振动筛一般取KV=3.0~5.0;难筛物料取大值,易筛物料取小值;筛孔小时取大值,筛孔大时取小值。(3)筛面倾角,对直线振动筛一般取0º,为适应不同需要可在±10º范围内选取,对圆振动筛一般取15º~25º,推荐取20º±2.5º,振幅小时取大值,振幅大时取小值。(4)推荐方向角δ,是直线振动筛的重要参数之一,一般取δ=30º~65º。难筛物料取大值,易筛

7、物料取小值,我国目前多用40º~45º。(5)筛箱振幅A,是设计振动筛的重要参数之一,其值必须事宜,以保证物料充分分层,减少堵塞,以利透筛。通常取A=3~6mm,其中筛孔大时取大值,筛孔小时取小值。(6)振动筛振动频率f,按下式计算:对直线振动筛:f=……………………………………………….(1)对圆振动筛:f=……………………………………………….(2)式中:f——振动频率,Hz;Kv——抛射强度;——筛面倾角,(°);δ——振动方向角,(°)。(7)实际
