1、摘要摘要本工程为某市某小区供热管网及换热站设计。小区内所有建筑物均为民用住宅,四周为商业网点。小区占地面积约为12万平方米,建筑面积约为15万平方米。供暖热负荷6762.53kw,总循环水量232.63t/h。小区一次水供回水温130℃/80℃,二次水供回水温95℃/70℃。管网布置为闭式双管异程式系统,枝状形式。采用补水泵定压方式,系统运行时,采用质调节调节方式,以适应热负荷的变化。整个管道均为直埋敷设,采用方形补偿器进行补偿,所有管段采用预制保温管,保温材料为聚氨酯,保护层为高密度聚乙烯,由国家标准设计图集《管道及设备保温》98R
2、418确定其保温层厚度,通过水力计算确定管径。小区设一个换热站,内设2台型号BR0.5板式换热器,2台型号为ISW200-250的热水循环泵(一备一用),2台型号为IS50-32-125的补水泵(一备一用),一个补给水箱的型号为YXDY-2000.一台软水器的型号为180-WS-3072。整个网路由绘制的水压图可知网路压力工况均满足技术要求。关键词:热负荷;水压图;热力交换站;质调节IAbstractAbstractThisprojectisinmouCitydistrictheatingnetworkandheattransfers
