1、摘要瓯江口灵昆岛作业区围海造地工程位于浙江省温州市瓯江南口，取土航道中心线基本沿温州浅滩围涂工程南围堤南侧布置。为有效解决围海造地的取土，考虑与温州浅滩一期围涂工程相结合，将工程所需取土吹填至温州浅滩一期围涂工程围区内。即在温州浅滩一期围涂工程围区内新建隔堤将围区进行分割，将工程的取土吹填至分割后的围区内，最终解决围海造地的取土。本施工组织设计主要分为六个章节，第一章工程概况，主要介绍工程基本数据即地形地质、水文气象条件等工程的基本概况；第二章为工程量计算；第三章总体施工部署及总平面布置，各个机构的具体职能的划分，分工协作关系，施工总平面布置，施工总体流程，以及

2、资源的配备情况。第四章施工工艺和方案，这一章是施工组织设计里重要的一章，他主要包括工程施工中，各个分项工程的具体施工工艺及方案，这些直接关系到工程的质量、工程的进度、甚至关系到工程的效益。第五章介绍第六章主要是依次讲了质量、安全方面应该遵循的相关规定以及制订相应的管理保证措施；第七章为计算书，主要为隔堤稳定计算.关键词：瓯江，整治，吹填，航道疏浚ABSTRACTOujiangriverchanneldredgeengineeringworkareaintheLingKunislandislocatedonthesouthOujingriverinthewenzh
