4、essisdevelopedfortheproductionofhollowplasticpartswithseparateinternalchannels.Itisuniquebecauseitcombinestheadvantagesofconventionalinjectionmoldingandblowmoldingwhiledifferingfromboth.GAIMoffersacosteffectivemeansofproducinglarge,smoothsurfacedandrigidpartsusinglo
5、werclampingpressurewithlittleornofinishing.Byintroducingthegasbeforecompletefilling,numerousproblemssuchaswarpage,sinkmarks,andhighfillingpressurearemostlyovercome.Moreover,theprocessgivesgreatbenefitsintermsofhigherstiffness-to-weightratiothanthesolidpartswiththesa
