6、根、牛克洪、王旭、张放军、刘新明、白剑GB/T19625-2005职业经理人资质范围本标准规定了职业经理人资质的基本要求,确立了探索社会化的职业经理人资质评价制度的基本系统本标准确立了已从事和准备从事经营管理工作人员应具备资质的一般原则,给出了市场和出资人认可职业经理人的指南。本标准适用于对职业经理人或职业经理申请者进行综合评价和确认,也适用于指导职业经理人培训的各项工作。术语和定义下列术语和定义适用于本标准2.1职业经理人professionalmanager具有良好的职业道德、经营管理知识和良好的经营管理能力,从事经营管理工作,
7、可受聘于组织,以经营管理工作为职业的人员。2.2高级职业经理人seniorprofessionalmanager具有良好的职业道德、丰富的经营管理知识和较强的经营管理能力,可受聘于组织,在出资人的授权范围内行使对法人财产的经营权,并以契约的形式承担法人财产保值和增值责任,以经营管理工作为职业的人员。2.3资质体系qualificationsystem职业道德、知识要求、能力要求和业绩四要素的组合。2.4职业道德professionalmorality职业经理人或职业经理申请者在经营管理活动中必须遵守的行为准则和价值取向2.5业绩gr
