6、验中心、北京中标国安防伪技术公司。本标准起草人:王孝平、刘树斌、王敬贤、钱熙光、阎育华、高利生。GB/T18751-2002引言磁性防伪油墨是系列防伪油墨中的一个油墨产品,它是从磁性油墨演变产生过来的。过去由于人们对磁性防伪油墨的防伪特性认识不足,因而在许多地方使用该油墨时,由于质量参差不齐,发生过许多失误,造成的不良影响很大。制定本标准一是为了区分防伪油墨与非防伪油墨的特性,二是为了给出该防伪油墨的质量标准和提出防伪特性要求,以便今后质量监督管理。本标准把磁性防伪油墨的防伪特性与油墨本身的特性作为两部分分别进
7、行了描述,其中重点是对磁性防伪油墨的防伪特性进行了阐述,规定了磁性防伪油墨与磁性油墨的区分界线,对矫顽力作出了规定;而对油墨本身的特性要求不做进一步描述的原因是油墨本身的特性可以参照现行的国家标准和检测依据。标准分享网www.bzfxw.com免费下载GB/T18751-2002磁性防伪油墨范围本标准规定了磁性防伪油墨的术语、定义、符号,产品分类,要求,试验方法,以及标志、包装、运输、贮存要求。本标准适用于各种不同印刷版的磁性防伪油墨。2规范性引用文件下列文件中的条款通过本标准的引用而成为本标准的条款。凡是注日
