2、年出口增长一反常态，11月出口额仅增长7.6%，单月增幅首次跌破两位数，纺织服装出口陷入困境。对于纺织外贸企业面临的人民币升值、外需不足、市场低迷、用工紧张和成本上升等一系列问题，相关外贸企事业单位应积极面对、采取有效措施应对。因此，本文从介绍人民币升值的概念与南通纺织外贸企业的发展状况开始，分析和探讨人民币升值对南通纺织外贸企业的影响及带来的问题，进而根据存在的问题提出优化南通纺织企业对外贸易的策略，以促进南通纺织企业对外贸易业务的进一步发展，带动南通整体经济的增长。关键词：人民币升值，南通，纺织，外贸企业，影响与对策ABS

3、TRACTAccordingtotheNationalBureauofStatistics,theextentofappreciationofRMBagainstthedollarhasrisenbyalmost5%forthewholeyearin2011.Fromthedatawecanknow,in2010thegrowthrateofourcountry’stextileandgarmentsexporttoEUis28.95%.FromJanuarytoSeptemberin2011thegrowthrateis5.

4、38%.Thisstatesthatpartofourcountry’stextileandgarmententerprisesemergedtheshrinkingofthevolumeofordersandtheircapitalchainwillgetintotrouble.Nantongasthefamoustownoftextileandoneoftheexportbasesoftextileandgarments,alsosufferedalotfortheappreciationofrenminbi,aswell

5、asotherfactors.Thecity’sgarmentsexportgrowthin2011departedfromitsnormalbehavior.InNovembertheexportsincreasedbyonly7.6%,forthefirsttimethatmonthlyincreasedamplitudedroppedbelowdouble-digitandthattheexportsoftextileandgarmentsboggeddown.Fortheseriesofproblemsthatthet
