1、4Materials材料4.1General总体要求MaterialsshallfulfiltherequirementsgiveninEuropeanStandards,wheredesigndataareprovided.材料应该满足欧标中设计的数据及要求。InformationforthemostcommonlyusedmaterialsisgiveninprEN12811-2.Materialusedshallbesufficientlyrobustanddurabletowithstandnormalworkingconditions.常用的材料信息在prEN12811-2.中

2、可以查询到。所使用的材料必须结实耐用以支持一般的作业环境。Materialsshallbefreefromanyimpuritiesanddefects,whichmayaffecttheirsatisfactoryuse.材料不得有杂质或任何缺陷，否则会影响其完整的使用4.2Specificmaterialrequirements特定材料的使用要求4.2.1Steel钢4.2.1.1General总体要求SteelsofdeoxidationtypeFU(rimmingsteels)shallnotbeused.不得使用脱氧钢类型（沸腾钢）4.2.1.2Loosetubes分支保护管L

6、径48.3出侧边保护以外的外接管子的外径不同于48.3mm这个范围，应满足以下额定标准：壁厚大于等于2.0mm屈服强度大于等于235M/mm2延伸率大于等于17%4.2.1.4Sideprotection侧面保护Itemsusedexclusivelyforsideprotection,otherthantoe-boards,shallhaveaminimumnominalwallthicknessof1,5mm.Fortoeboardstheminimumnominalwallthicknessshallbe1,0mm.Alesserthicknessmaybeusediftheser

7、viceabilityandloadbearingcapacityisensuredforinstancebytheuseofstiffeningsections,bracingorshapingofthecrosssection.除踏脚板以外的侧部保护应具备最小额定壁厚1.5mm踏脚板的最小额定壁厚为1.0mm4.2.1.5Platformunits平台单元Platformunitsandtheirimmediatesupport
