1、精品好文档,推荐学习交流班组安全学习资料:如何判断钢丝绳是否应该报废判断钢丝绳是继续使用还是报废,主要依据钢绳断丝程度和一些其它条件。报废标准如下:(1)钢丝绳在一个捻节距内断丝数达钢丝绳总丝数的10%。如绳6×19=114丝,当断丝数达12丝时即应报废更新,如绳6×37=222丝,当断丝数达22丝时即应报废更新。对于由粗细丝组成的钢丝绳,断丝数的计算是细丝一根算一根,粗丝一根算1.7根。(2)钢丝径向磨损或腐蚀量超过原直径的40%则应报废,当不到40%时,可按规定折减断丝数报废。(3)吊运炽热金属或危险品的钢丝绳的报废丝数,取一般起重机用钢丝绳报废标准的
