3、any.Butwhatisimportantisthattheseactorsnormallyinaccordancewiththegoalsofthecompany.They'reforthegoodofthecompanyratherthantheindividual.It'sbeendefinedas,quote,crimewhichiscommittedforthecorporateorganization,thecompany,notagainstit,unquote.Socrimesliketheftbyemployees,thingslik
4、e...err...embezzlementorfraudagainstone'sactualemployerareexcluded,accordingtothisdefinition.Theemployeesmaybeinvolvebutthey'reactinginthefirstplaceforthecompany.Theymaynotevenrealizethattheycommitacrime,ortheymayrealizebuttheyfeelit'sexcusablebecauseit'spolicy,orbecauseotherwise
