1、箱型柱-H型钢梁新型节点低周循环加载试验探究 摘要:为研究梁翼缘开长槽孔及对接焊缝扩大头构造对箱型柱-H型钢梁节点破坏模式的影响,对6个箱型柱-H型钢梁节点(1个常规节点和5个新型节点)进行了低周往复循环荷载试验。试验结果表明:按现行规范设计的箱型柱-H型钢梁常规节点在梁翼缘对接焊缝处脆断,常规节点的塑性转角不能满足FEMA临时指南的要求。梁翼缘开长槽孔及对接焊缝扩大头构造,显著减缓了箱型柱-H型钢梁节点梁翼缘对接焊缝的应力集中程度。新型节点在梁长槽孔截面形成塑性铰,塑性转角可达0.03rad,承载力较常规节点下降15%以内。新型节点破坏时,梁翼缘对接焊缝保持完好。最后给出了梁翼缘长槽孔及对

7、。为减缓对接焊缝沿梁翼缘宽度方向的几何突变,遵循“强柱弱梁、强节点弱杆件”的原则,本文设计了梁翼缘开长槽孔和对接焊缝扩大型箱型柱-H型钢梁节点,进行了低周循环加载试验,研究了梁翼缘长槽孔和对接焊缝扩大头构造对箱型柱-H型钢梁节点破坏模式的影响。1试验概况1.1新型节点设计10以某高层钢框架边柱节点为原型,按1/2缩尺比例,并调整各板件尺寸以满足现行规范的要求,设计了箱型柱-H型钢梁常规节点BASE
