3、CompanyintendstoemployoftheEmployeeastheCompany’slocalemployeetoperformtheworkasdesignatedbytheCompany;WHEREAS,theEmployeerepresentsthathe(she)hasnotanydisabilityorcontagiousdiseasesandcriminalrecords;WHEREAS,theEmployeerepresentsthathe(she)iscapableandwil
4、lingtoperformtheworkinaneffective,efficientandsafemannerashereinafterbrieflydescribedunderthisContractandincompliancewiththecompanyprocedure,rules®ulations,andinduecompliancewiththelawsandregulationsoftheRepublicoftheSouthSudaninforce.NOWTHEREFORE,incon
5、siderationofthepremisesandthemutualcovenantsandagreementssetforthherein,thePartiescovenantandagreeasfollows:1.GENERAL1.1DefinitionsInthisContractcapitalizedwordsandtermsnotexpresslydefinedhereinshallhavethesamerespectivemeaningasintheLaborLawunlesstheconte
6、xtotherwiserequires:（a）“BasicSalary”meansthesumofthemonthlybasepayregularlypaidtotheEmployee,andexclusiveofanyovertimepayment,otherallowancesorotherformsofcompensationpayabletotheemployee;（b）“EffectiveDate”means______________;（c）"GrossSalary"or“Salary"mean
