1、新型LED比色光源下口腔比色板色度值研究宋洁文姚科丘颖宁李彦【摘要】目的通过对自制白光发光二极管(Light-EmittingDiode,LED)矩阵光源的光学测定,了解其光学参数及对口腔比色版的色度值影响,为研发便携式LED口腔比色光源提供数据参考。方法采用波长主峰为450~470nm单晶GaN蓝光LED矩阵,在其表面涂覆稀土钇铝石榴石(YttriumAluminateGarnet,YAG)荧光粉并使用一定比例硅酸盐红色荧光粉调节色温的方法制作色温接近5500K的连续光谱白光光源。使用4π结构积分球测试LED光源光学指数并了解其与D55标准照明体的拟合程度。并将此光源与人工
2、日光D65标准光源作对照,观察二者对各3块口腔常用Vita3DMaster和VitaClassia比色板CIEL*a*b*色度值的影响,并用Δ值对差别进行比较。结果自制白光LED光源光通量φ=389.90lm,色品坐标x=0.3342y=0.3335,色温Tc=5453K,主波长λd=600.2nm,峰值波长λp=455.0nm,半宽度Δλp=25.6nm,显色指数Ra=95.3。3块VITA3DMaster和VITAClassial上同一色标L*、a*、b*均值在同一光源下两两比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同光源下VITA3DMaster和VITAClassial
