5、ndencouragingproducersandoperatorstoguaranteethequalityoftheirgoodsandservicesandmaintainthereputationoftheirtrademarks,soastoprotecttheinterestsofconsumersandofproducersandoperators,andtopromotethedevelopmentofthesocialistmarketeconomy.Article2TheTrademarkOfficeoftheadministra

6、tivedepartmentforindustryandcommerceundertheStateCouncilshallbeinchargeofthetrademarkregistrationandadministrationthroughoutthecountry.TheadministrativedepartmentforindustryandcommerceundertheStateCouncilshallestablishaTrademarkReviewandAdjudicationBoardtoberesponsibleforhandli

7、ngtrademarkdisputes.Article3RegisteredtrademarksarethosethathavebeenapprovedandregisteredbytheTrademarkOffice,includingcommoditytrademarks,servicetrademarks,collectivemarksandcertificationmarks;trademarkregistrantsshallbeentitledtotherighttoexclusiveuseoftheirtrademarksandshall
