1、本科生课程论文学院（中心、所）：现代科技学院专业名称：建筑学课程名称：高层建筑设计原理论文题目：高层建筑垂直交通的处理授课教师（职称）梁毅学生姓名：郑源年级：1002学号：2010102005太原理工大学2014年11月10日高层建筑的垂直交通的的处理摘要：在目前高层住宅建筑的垂直交通设计中,通常是以电梯来完成上下层之间的沟通,尽管高层住宅建筑也都考虑了备用电源在临时断电时的自动切换,以保证电梯的正常运行,但楼梯的设置仍是不可免去的。这主要有两个方面的作用:一是短距离层间的垂直交通,如任何一层至相邻的1～3层的上下,人们通常喜欢走楼梯,而不愿等电梯,这样反而可节省时间
2、;二是用作灾情发生时的疏散通道,最常见的是作为火灾时的安全疏散通道。然而,楼梯设置的数量却需适宜,太少了无法满足上述两个功能的需要,太多了又要增加建筑物的总造价和减少了其它功能方面的使用面积。所以,对于高层住宅建筑楼梯的设置有一个适宜或适量的问题。现行的设计规范有给与最低限量的规定,而最低限量以上的数量,则留给设计者在经济分析后作满足的给定。因此,基于楼梯的设置,既要满足规范规定的最低要求,又要使建筑面积最小,造价最低。这是一对矛盾,也是建筑师应解决的.Inthecurrent designofverticaltransportation ofhigh-riseres
