2、PPROVEDDescriptionFormat:A41Operationofgenerator1.1Preparationsbeforestart-up,including:a)Cleanthework-yardandthegeneratorsetfromanydebris.b)Checkthetighteningcondition,lockthegaskettightly,tackweldifnecessary;keeptherotatablepartsclean.c)Checktheinletandoutletwaterpipelines,oilpipelinesandvalves
3、,inordertoknowifthereareleakagesandproblemsofwaterflowinthepipe.d)Checktheleveloflubricatingoil,oilnumber,oilquality,waterpressure,andrecordthewatertemperatureandambienttemperature.e)Checkeachconnectingcable,tomakesurethatthejointscontactwellandwithoutrust,connectionisright,andthemarksarecomplete
4、anddistinct.f)Checkiftheequipmentsofhigh-pressureoilandthebrakerunnormally,andifthebrakepressurecanmeettherelevantrequirements.g)Checkthefireextinguishingsystemandotherprotectingfacilities,toensuresecurity.h)Checkthegapsbetweenrotatingpartsandstationaryparts,especiallywhentherearedimensionrequire
5、ments.i)Makepreparationworkofrecordingbeforestart-up.1.2Initialno-loadstart-upoperationThetimeofinitialstart-upofgenerator,operatingsequenceandthegeneralcommandershallbedeterminedthroughconsultationamongthebuyer,thesellerandtheinstallationentity.1.2.1Undertheorganizationofthegeneralcommander,theo
6、peratorsandmonitorsshallgetready.1.2.2Beforestart-up,firstopenthecoolingwateroftheupperandloweroilcoolerandaircooler.Thetemperatureoftheoilintheoiltankshallnotbelowerthan100C,andthatintheplasticbushtankshallnotbelowerthan50C.1.2.3Pushtherotorupwardwithhigh-pressureoil,andmakethethrustpadlubricate
