4、要根据日能源消耗日志和财务部和客房部得来的信息做出能源消耗报告。2.Thefollowinginformationistoberecordedonamonthlybasis:以下内容要以月度为单位进行记录：--HDD/CDDRecordthetotalHeatingDegreeDaysandCoolingDegreedaysforeachmonth.Includefiguresforpreviousyears.HDD/CDD是记录每月供暖温度和制冷温度以及上一年同一时期的温度。--OccupiedRoo

5、ms-Enterthetotalnumberofoccupiedrooms,obtainedfromtheControllersDepartment.ComplimentaryandHouse-useroomsaretobeincluded.有住客的房间―记入有住客房间的数目，包括免房间和自用房间的数目。--FoodCovers-Enterthenumberoffoodcovers,obtainedfromtheControllersDepartment.Eachassociatemealistobel
