3、entsincosmeticproducts;and·Toprovideforthewithdrawalofunsafecosmetics.LegislationThelegislationgoverningthecontrolofcosmeticproductsundertheMedicinesActcomprise:·TheMedicines(CosmeticProducts)(SpecificationandProhibition)Orderanditsamendments·TheMedicines(Cos

8、tion(ACA)toharmoniseregulationsacrosstheregiontoreducetechnicalbarrierstotrade. TheScheme,whichhasbeenco-developedwiththecosmeticindustry,comprisesthesignedAgreementandits2Schedulesasfoll
