4、rprenatalstudieshavebeencarriedout,withadivergenceofresults.AlthoughdifferentresearchgroupsdemonstratedahigherprevalenceofARSAinDown-syndromefetusesatpresenttheexactquantificationofthisphenomenonremainsunclear.ObjectivesToestimatetheprevalenceofaberrantrightsubclavianartery(AR
5、SA)infetuseswithDownsyndrome.ToassesstheprevalenceofARSAineuploidfetuses,thefeasibilityofultrasoundevaluationoftherightsubclavianartery(RSA)inthefirstandsecondtrimestersofpregnancy,theperformanceofARSAinscreeeningfortrisomy21anditsassociationwithotherabnormalities.MethodsAsyst
