5、略3.常用结构计算分析软件略4.设计参数(以PMCAD为例)4.1▲★设计参数各项正确,与建筑物设计条件相符。4.2▲★楼层组装,总层数和各层层高与建筑核对,特别注意首层层高应算至基础顶(首层地坪有基础拉梁时宜按一标准层计算,拉梁层设为地下室,且拉梁按框架梁设计)。“与基础相连构件最大底标高”数值应正确。4.3▲★计算模型与实际情况相符,模型简化应合理。4.4各标准层梁、柱、墙、洞口等构件布置及截面是否合理;各层混凝土强度是否合理;竖向构件应上下连续、合理分段减小截面(注意建筑立面要求);梁高要考虑

6、建筑外墙窗顶标高和室内净空要求。1)柱布置:柱网布置应力求做到简单、规则、整齐,柱网尺寸应符合经济原则并尽量符合模数。现浇钢筋混凝土民用建筑结构常用柱网6~12米,超过9米不经济。2)梁布置:a、主要承重框架横向布置,可以有效地提高房屋横向的抗侧强度和刚度。这种布置不仅结构上合理,而且建筑上有利于立面处理和室内采光。b、主梁纵横向梁高应区别,截面高度可取跨度的1/10~1/15,且应及时与各专业配合。c、次梁布置尽量将荷载传给主受力框架方向,截面不宜过宽,正常宽度250即可。3)剪力墙布置:a、剪力

7、墙上相关专业预留的较大洞口应按实际计算b、剪力墙的截面厚度应符合墙体稳定验算4)柱、墙、梁的偏心应按实际输入4.5楼板布置,板厚、错层、悬挑板(空调板、雨篷等)、楼板开洞。4.6▲荷载:1)输入荷载是否选取“自动计算板自重”;2)若“考虑活荷载折减”,将与后续SATWE等三维计算、基础导荷所用的活荷载折减同时考虑,因此建议仅在SATWE前处理模块中设置活荷载折减系数;3)楼板恒、活荷载及梁、墙荷载取值正确,人防顶板、非人防顶板荷载区分;4)特殊荷载输入,如吊车、二次装修幕墙、设备安装吊挂、雨棚、网架

8、等。5)楼板上均布的消防车荷载取值见《建筑结构荷载规范》表5.1.1,当楼盖上有覆土时,可对楼面消防车活荷载标准值进行折减,见荷载规范附录B;设计楼面梁时消防车活荷载折减系数见荷载规范5.1.2条;设计基础时可不考虑消防车荷载。6)易遗漏处:a、剪力墙上砌隔墙和门窗洞口隔墙荷载。b、翻边(雨篷、挑檐、下挂板)荷载。c、楼梯多于两跑时应增加恒活荷载、楼梯间按楼板导荷与梯梁梯柱布置是否相符。d、电梯机房层钢梁集中力、电梯机房顶吊钩集中力、多层地下室电梯基坑不落至基础时底坑
