4、nproblemofRectangularthinplatesareunavoidable.Inengineering,forcedvibrationproblemhasbecomemoreandmoreimportant.Inthepastsolution,itishardtofindasimpledisplacementfunctiontosolvetheproblemwithcomplicatedboundaryconditions.Puttingintousemixedvariablesmethodisjustne
5、eddisplacementisweakpermitted.Inadvance,displacementneedstomeetstrain–displacementrelationsbutnottoneedtomeetdisplacementboundaryconditions.Thismakessolvingthiskindofproblemneednotconsidercomplexdisplacementhypothesis.Accordingtotheactualbendingrectangularthinplat
6、eboundaryconditions,totalpotentialenergyofmixedvariablescanbestetteduptosolvetheproblemofforcedvibration.Thelimitationsofthemiscellaneouscalculationprocessoftheclassicalsolutionandcertainproblemswhicharedifficulttoresolveareovercame.Inthepaper,newmethodisprovidedt
7、osolvetheforcedvibrationproblemwithcomplicatedboundaryconditions.Thesteady-statesolutionoftheforcedvibrationofthecantileverplatesisprovideasaexampletoproofthatmixedvariablemethodisasimpleapplicablemethodtosolvetheforcedvibrationproblemofrectangularplate.Basicequat
