7、2、不论采取何种方式停车，都要占用一定空间，即停车车位和进出车的行车通道所需的空间，这个空间的面积比车辆本身的投影面积大得多。3、每一辆车需要停放的空间不止一处，因车辆的所有者需一定的停车空间外，其驾驶出行过程中还要停放，且不止一次。由于以上三个方面的原因，使城市停车设施的增长常常落后于车辆的增长。机械式立体停车库以其占地少、灵活方便的独特优点，引起了政府和各界的高度重视。开发推广立体停车库，不仅可以缓解目前城市中道路空间狭小的矛盾，减少污染，又适应了城市高节奏快速发展的需要，也可配合市政建设带动一大批第三产业的兴起，可谓有百利而无一
8、害，为城市向更大规模发展提供有利的条件。机械式停车设备行业是我国的新兴行业，处于发展阶段，目前我国经营机械式停车设备的企业约有一百家，其中成规模的骨干企业很少，行业发展很不平衡，还有很大的发展空间。二、总体实施方案由于机
