7、地点：青海省西宁市五四大街43号三、承包范围和内容:主体工程的砼浇筑、现场清理、安全文明施工等四、承包方式:包清工。五、承包价格:15元/m3。六、工程期限：1.工期要求：以项目经理部签发的施工任务单的施工工期为准。2.由于乙方未能按期完成承包的工程任务，甲方将追究乙方的违约责任，则工程承包价下浮10%，且每延误一天则给予500元／天的罚款。七、付款方式：主体分部完成后付给合同价款的80%，余款待主体工程验收合格后2个月内付清。八、工程质量与验收：1.工程质量标准：一次交验合格，确保江河源杯优质工程。2.本工程质量必须满足《中华人民共和国建筑法
