1、甘肃省高等级公路绿化养护管理办法第一章总则第一条为进一步加强我省高等级公路绿化养护管理工作，提高绿化养护管理水平和质量，改善公路环境，创建绿色通道，充分体现交通环境与周边自然环境的协调与美观，根据交通部《关于加强公路绿化工作的若干意见》及《甘肃省省养公路绿化养护指导意见》等有关规定，结合我省高等级公路沿线自然环境条件，特制定本办法。第二条本办法适用于甘肃省高等级公路绿化养护管理工作。第三条省公路局负责全省高等级公路绿化养护管理工作，委托具有相应资质的专业绿化单位具体实施养护管理，各公路总段（分局）负责绿化管护的监督与检查。第四条公路绿化应坚持“因地制宜、因路制宜、适地适树”
