1、学校法制安全工作计划2008年学校法制安全工作计划鹿泉市获鹿镇三四街小学2008年法制安全工作计划一、指导思想：2008-2-2617:22:06以“三个代表”重要思想和十七大精神为指导，认真学贯彻落实鹿泉市教育局和获鹿镇教委和有关部门关于学校安全工作的指示精神，牢固树立“珍爱生命，安全第一，责任重于泰山”的意识，坚持“以人为本”首先要以人的生命为本、科学发展首先要安全发展、和谐社会首先要关爱生命的观念，坚持“安全第一、预防为主、教育为先”的方针，把保障师生的安全，作为学校教育工作的首要职责和构建社会主义和谐社会的重要基础，紧紧围绕建设平安校园、促进教

2、育稳定和谐发展的要求，进一步开展全校普及法律知识和安全教育，坚持依法行政，加强安全管理，狠抓综合治理，优化学校及周边环境，维护学校稳定，保证学校和师生生命财产安全。二、工作思路：以消除重大安全隐患为重点，以治理周边环境、保障校园安全为保障，以加强学校法制安全教育、培养学生良好行为习惯、增强学生自我保护能力为方针，以创建“organizationsystemandworkingmode,theselectionofanumberofmunicipalstrengtheninggrouptobuildinnovationandstrengthentheor
