6、ttlementoftransactionswiththeBank;22,is商业步行街招商策划书（建议书）一、本项目招商的目的根据项目的市场定位及营销要求，项目的招商主要是针对项目商业营业房使用展开，主要是要达到以下目的：1、通过主动导向式招商完成项目格调文化休闲的主题定位；2、通过招商的品牌导入策略提升项目的投资价值；3、通过招商形成项目的商流，最终增强投资者的投资信心；4、通过招商的实施逐步建立和完善项目的经营运作体系；5、通过招商推动项目的销售。二、本项目招商的目标针对项目规划设计和营销、经营的要求，本项目在招商过程中分为两个阶段展开。（一）、销售期中的
7、招商目标在本项目的销售期中招商最主要的目的在于促进项目的销售，为项目经营期主题化风格的形成打下基础，主要目标有：1、在销售前引入2~3家连锁品牌休闲主力店，主要集中在大型自助烤肉，超市、中餐、几种形式上；2、引入3---6家左右威县本地有一定影响力的中型餐饮和快餐店及一些中型的百货店的形式入驻；3、以上主力店和次主力店入住就实现40%面积营业用房的出租就可带动招商的进程。时至今天，中国共产党已经走过了97年的历程，但我们要一直保持着建党时中国共产党人的奋斗精神和一颗永远爱人民的赤子之心。面向未来、面对挑战，中国共产党要始终不忘初心、牢记历史、坚韧不拔、继续前行!
