1、第42卷第1期东北林业大学学报Vol_42No.12014年1月J0URNALOFNORTHEASTFORESTRYUNIVERSITYJan.2014·--J同口山红景天立枯病菌菌丝融合群鉴定及药剂敏感性)白庆荣谢昀烨姜旭宇孙慧颖高洁(吉林农业大学,长春,130118)摘要采用组织分离法从吉林省临江市、安图县罹病高山红景天植株分别获得4、2个致病菌株。病菌的形态学特征、培养性状、细胞核染色、茵丝融合及rDNA—ITS区序列测定结果表明:6个菌株均为茄立枯丝核菌(Rhi—zoctoniasolaniKfihn),属多核丝
2、核茵;临江分离物Jl~J4为AG一4一HG1I菌丝融合群,安图分离物J5一J6为AG—l—IB茵丝融合群。l9种杀菌剂对2个菌丝融合群的敏感性测定结果表明:2个茵丝融合群对蜡质芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、井冈·蜡芽茵的敏感性最好(EC<0.005me,/L);对多粘类芽孢杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌(强尔)的敏感性次之(Ec<1.0ms/L);对木霉菌和寡雄腐霉的敏感性略低(1.0ms/L3、百茵清和咪鲜胺的敏感性略低(1.0ms/L4、oJie(JilinAgriculturalUniversity,Changchun130118,P.R.China)//JournalofNortheastForestryUniversity.-2014,42(1).一107~l11Sixisolateswithpathogenicitywereobtainedfromthestemsofdiseasedplantswithtissueisolationmethod(fouriso—latesfromLinjiangCityandtwoisolatesfromAntu5、County).Theexperimentwasconductedtoinvestigatetheircharacteris—ticsofmorphologyandcultivation.RhizoctoniasolaniKtihnisthepathogenofthedisease.Anastomosisgroupsaredeter-minedtobeAG·—1—-IBsubgroupinAntuandAG-4-HGlIsubgroupinLinjiangbypairingisolateswithtestertrains6、andse--quenceanalysisofrDNA—ITSregion.Byfungicidessusceptibilitytest,twoanastomosisgroupsaremostsensitivetoBacillusceFelhS,B.subtil~(10“/g),Validamycin·B.cereus(EC507、igandrum(1.0ms/L8、itivetocelest,hymexazolandhymexazolthanAG-4一HG11.KeywordsRhizoctoniasolanidampingof;Pathogenidentification;Anastomosisgroup;Susceptibility高山红景天(Rhodiolasachali
