1、凤翔县供电分公司电力设备设施安全标志管理规定一、总则1为加强配电设备运行管理，提高安全文明生产水平，争创一流供电企业，为统一公司配电设备常设安全标志、设备标志，使之更加标准化、规范化，特制定本规定。2本规定适用于公司管辖的所有配电设备。3本规定适用于柘城县供电有限责任公司管辖的配电设备标志管理。二、一般规定一般规定一般规定一般规定1配电运行设备标志应有双重编号，即：名称和编号。2设备标志应准确、明显、齐全，字体工整、清晰、文字规范。3同类型设备标志安装位置和高度应一致，标志大小、字体亦应一致。4常设安全标志（包括遮栏和标志牌）必须安装牢固、位置合理，与带电
2、部分的安全距离应符合《安规》规定，并不影响对设备的巡视检查和检修。警告类标示牌设置应醒目，确能起到警示作用。5新安装设备在投入运行前，设备标志必须配置齐全，如因加工制作或安装等原因在设备投运时，不能按本规定要求完成设备标志的设置时，经上级主管部门批准，可使用临时设备标志代替，但须符合运行要求。并在设备投运一个月后，使设备标志达到规定要求。6甲方有义务监督用工单位在确定乙方的劳动定额应当是用工单位同岗位百分之九十以上劳动者在法定工作时间内能够完成的includingincentives)toensuretheachievementofthequalityob

5、"thinking,fullyawarethatmeettheircustomers'needsandexpectationsisthefundamentalpursuitofproductionandservicesprojects.Projectsinproductionandserviceprocesses,to:3.2.1identifyanddeterminetheneedsandexpectationsoftheprojectlegalperson,interestsastheinterestsofthecustomer,withcustome
6、rsatisfactionassatisfied,goodfaithandcooperation,win-winanddevelopment;3.2.2needsandexpectationsoftheprojectlegalpersonintoproductionandservicemanagementortechnicalrequirements,andallocationofappropriateresources;3.2.3meetlegalrequirementsandstrivetoexceedtheirexpectations.3.2.4cu
