2、痰瘀互结型20例，其他风湿病患者对照组20例，3O名健康体检者。结果RA湿热瘀阻组GPImRNA的相对表达量是健康对照组的25．9倍，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。RA痰瘀互结组GPImRNA的相对表达量是健康对照组的6．54倍，而RA湿热瘀阻组与RA痰瘀互结组差异也有统计学意义(P<0．05)。其他风湿病组GPImRNA的相对表达量是健康对照组的0．97倍，差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。结论GPI与RA活动性有关，同时证明湿热瘀阻证是RA活动期的证候之一。【关键词】葡萄糖一6～磷酸异构酶；类风湿关节炎；逆转录一聚合酶链反应【中图分类号】R593．
