1、世界中西医结合杂志2014年第9卷第8期WorldJoumalofIntegratedTraditionalandWesternMedicine2014.Vo1.9No8·829·实验研究·湿热瘀阻型类风湿关节炎外周血单个核细胞GPImRNA水平的研究冯雪姜泉安成陈倩云邱红梅刘贵建【摘要】目的探讨湿热瘀阻型类风湿关节炎(Rheumatoidarthritis,RA)外周血单个核细胞葡萄糖6一磷酸异构酶(GPI)水平与其他证型类风湿关节炎及正常人群之间的关系。方法采用荧光定量PCR方法检测GPImRNA水平,研究对象包括RA患者47例,其中湿热瘀阻型27例,
2、痰瘀互结型20例,其他风湿病患者对照组20例,3O名健康体检者。结果RA湿热瘀阻组GPImRNA的相对表达量是健康对照组的25.9倍,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。RA痰瘀互结组GPImRNA的相对表达量是健康对照组的6.54倍,而RA湿热瘀阻组与RA痰瘀互结组差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其他风湿病组GPImRNA的相对表达量是健康对照组的0.97倍,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论GPI与RA活动性有关,同时证明湿热瘀阻证是RA活动期的证候之一。【关键词】葡萄糖一6~磷酸异构酶;类风湿关节炎;逆转录一聚合酶链反应【中图分类号】R593.
