1、甘草酸二钱肠溶胶囊联合水飞蓟宾胶囊治疗酒精性肝损伤疗效观察【摘耍】目的观察廿草酸二鞍肠溶胶囊联合水飞蓟宾胶囊治疗酒精性肝损伤的疗效。方法80例酒精性肝损伤患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，各40例。治疗组应用甘草酸二鞍肠溶胶囊联合水飞蓟宾胶囊治疗,对照组应用维生素C片联合水飞蓟宾胶囊治疗。观察比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后，两组丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）、谷氨酰转肽酶（GGT）水平均较治疗前降低，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0・05）；且治疗组低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0・05
