1、腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术临床效果评估［摘要］目的探讨腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤切除术的临床治疗效果。方法整群选取2014年3月一2015年4月，该院收治的126例子宫肌瘤患者，将其分为实验组(63例)和常规组(63例)，实验组采用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术，常规组采用经腹子宫肌瘤切除术，对比两组患者的术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、术后并发症、术后消化系统恢复时间等相关指标。结果实验组手术时间为(7&63±10.69)min、术中出血量为(134.6±35.6)mL,明显低于常规组的(96.38±11.69)min、(196.36±32.56)mL,组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0・05)。实验组的术
2、后住院时间为(3.69±0.65)d、消化系统恢复时间为(1・43±0・57)h,明显少于常规组的(6.89±0.96)d、(2.06±0.89)h,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)o实验组术后有1例出现并发症，占总数的1.6%,常规组屮有9例出现并发症，占总数的14.3%。结论腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤切除术具冇具冇创口小、出血少、恢复快、术后并发症少的优势，能够有效缩短住院时间，改善患者生活质量。［关键词］腹腔镜；子宫肌瘤切除术；临床效果［中图分类号］R71［文献标识码］A［文章编号］1674-0742(2015)11(c)-0052-03［Abstract］ObjectiveT
