1、装卸工考核细则一、履行合同1、每天按装卸合同考核装卸队完成工作情况，装卸队履行合同纳入宁东仓储配送中心“五型企业”绩效考核，做到月底结算处罚有依据；2、装卸队必须与所聘装卸工签订劳务合同，交纳集团公司规定的保险，有合理的薪酬管理体系；3、装卸队统一着装，规范化管理；必须与所聘装卸工签订安全责任书，做到安全责任明确，保安措施得力。4、班组制度健全，管理体系完善。二、安全作业1、装卸作业必须穿戴劳保用品；2、在装卸物资时必须采取措施保护货物，避免发生意外（摔坏、碰坏等）；3、使用龙门吊、行车和叉车作业必须按安全操作规程和工作
2、标准作业；4、按要求使用匹配的托盘装放货物。5、遵章守纪，杜绝“三违”现象。三、装卸及时性1、按总库管理人员和保管员要求及时到岗开始装卸物资；2、在规定的时间内完成装卸工作任务。四、装卸质量1、收发物资时，严格执行物资供应管理标准化规定，要求摆放整齐、标准、规范；手把手地教他们使用仪器、计算公式，遇到测量上的问题，他都耐心地解答。一分耕耘，一分收获，经过一段时间的精心调教ofthecontractmustbe"/";Sevenoronecopyofthecontract,eachcontractform,contents
