2、“二三低”油田和海塔盆地。室内对发泡剂、稳泡剂进行了筛选,优选了高效复合发泡剂、稳定剂和增黏剂,将现用钻井液体系转化为微泡沫钻井液体系,并对其抑制性、抗温、抗污染(抗黏土、抗钙、抗煤油j能力、油层保护效果(模拟岩心动态污染试验)以及微泡沫钻井液防漏、油气层保护、提速机理和微泡沫钻井液流变特性进行了研究,建立了微泡沫钻井液的具体流变模型。现场应用表明该体系配制简单、维护方便、易于转化,钻井液性能能够满足钻井工艺的要求,保证安全快速优质钻井,减轻油气层污染,提高单井产能。关键词:微泡沫钻井液;室内试验;油层保护;防漏;提速中图分类号:TE2
