2、果沙棘品种为研究对象，从成活率、生长特性、适应性等多个方面系统研究了不同品种在全光照自动喷雾条件下不同种源大果沙棘品种扦插苗成活生长规律，其目的是综合评价这些优良品种的生长发育规律，为沙棘的快繁提供理论依据，并满足生产实践过程中对合[2]格沙棘苗木的需求。经过试验，得出如下结论：1、沙棘不同品种的成活率以俄罗斯小太阳成活率最高，其次是杂雌优1号，第三是大果沙棘，第四是埠杂2号，第五是俄国沙棘，第六是丰柠雄株，杂雌优12号成活率最低。2、不同品种根长比较：埠杂2号根长6.13cm﹥杂雌优12号根长5.69cm﹥大果沙棘根长5.44cm﹥杂雌优1

3、号根长5.26cm﹥俄果沙棘根长5.23cm﹥丰柠雄株根长4.54cm.3、不同品种叶片数比较：杂雌优1号叶片数最多，其中10号棚的品种更明显，平均8片。12号棚平均每个苗5个叶片，11号棚每个苗平均11个叶片。埠杂2号叶片数最少（6.19片），其中8号和11号棚叶片数较少，平均每个苗6个叶片，说明由于其环境不适宜造成生长状况不良。。4、不同时间不同品种根长比较：丰柠雄株的根长最长，8月26日至9月1日为止根长从5.34cm长到7.01cm.，第二是俄果沙棘根长从5.34cm长到6.35cm.第三是杂雌优1号根长从4.38cm长到6.31cm
