2、知信行”的变化情况。结果干预后调查对象每人每天推荐食油量问题的正确率提高10.04%(x=4.96,P=0.026),回答出与食盐过多有关的疾病中风的正确率提高8.38%()(:=4.22,P=-O.04);干预后调查对象喜欢吃咸菜或咸鱼比例降低了6.18%(X2=4.15,P=O.042);调查对象有效使用定量盐勺和油壶的比例分别.为53.85%和46.15%。结论限盐限油工具对健康知识的普及和行为改善有一定作用,但相关知晓率仍然较低,健康态度和行为改善的比例有待提高,需要进一步加强健康宣传。关键词:限盐限油;中学生;知信行中图分类号:R193文献标识码:B文章编号:167
