3、ndedisthatthelegaldutyofoneofthepartieshasbeenterminated.Apartywhoisassertedtobeunderalegaldutybyvirtueofhiscontractmayreplythatthedutyhasbeendischargedbysomefactorthathasoccurredsincethemakingofthecontract.Asforthe rescind acontract,thatistosay,toabrogateacontract,releasethepartiesfromfurtherobliga
