1、ThefollowingtutorialwalksyouthroughthesetupofyourDistributedANSYSenvironment,andisapplicableonlytosystemsrunningANSYS14.0onaWindowsclusterunderPlatformMPI8.1.2.Oneofthesampleproblems,tutor1_carrier_win.inp(static)ortutor2_carrier_modal.inp(modal),isre
2、quiredtocompletethetutorial.ThesefilesarefoundinProgramFilesAnsysIncV140ansysDatamodels.Copythefileyouwanttousetoyourworkingdirectorybeforebeginningthetutorial.Youcanruneithersampleproblemusingtheproblemsetupdescribedhere.1.Setupidenticalinstalla
3、tionandworkingdirectorystructuresonallmachines(masterandslaves)inthecluster.2.InstallANSYS14.0onthemastermachine,followingthetypicalinstallationprocess.3.ConfigureANSYS14.0ontheslavemachines.4.InstallandregisterPlatformMPI8.1.2onbothmachinesfollowingt
4、heinstructionsinPrerequisitesforRunningDistributedANSYS.5.Add%MPI_ROOT%bintothePATHenvironmentalvariableonbothmachines(assumingPlatformMPI8.1.2wasinstalledontheC:drive).Thislinemustbeinyourpathforthempiruncommandtoberecognized.6.Oneachmachine,right-
5、clickonMyComputer,left-clickonProperties,andselecttheNetworkIdentificationorComputerNametab.Thefullcomputernamewillbelisted.Notethenameofeachmachine(notincludingthedomain).YouwillneedthisnametosetuptheConfigureClusteroptionoftheANS_ADMINutility.7.Runt
6、heANS_ADMINutilityonthemastermachine:Start>Programs>ANSYS14.0>Utilities>ANS_ADMIN14.0.8.ChooseANSYS/WorkbenchConfigureClustertoconfigurethehosts140.ansfile.Specifythedirectoryinwhichthehosts140.answillbeconfigured(twopossiblelocationsarepresented).Als
7、oselectConfigurefor...DistributedANSYS.ClickOK.Enterthesystemname(fromStep6)intheMachinehostnamefieldandclickAdd.Onthenextdialogbox,enterthesystemtypeintheMachinetypedrop-down,andthenumberofprocessorsintheMaxnumberofjobs/processorsfieldandclickOK.Repe
