1、串级和转子变频调速*在大功率风机和泵调速中的应用摘要:中压电机驱动的大功率风机和泵改用调速传动效益巨大,但由于电压等级不合理,价贵,难推广。把调速装置从定子改至转子,采用串调,既避免高电压,又减少调速装置容量。本文在分析传统串调缺点基础上,介绍几种改进方案:内反馈电机,传统串调+静补,斩波串调及转子变频。转子变频只用20%PN的低压逆变器和50%PN的低压整流斩波就能控制100%PN的中压电机实现40%调速,且功率因数高,谐波小,旁路容易,适合用于200~2000KW,特别是1000KW以下范围。英文摘要:Variable speed drives for fans and p
