2、了新的余热回收方案:利用高温采出液加热给水、采用热管式空气预热器回收烟气余热、利用高温分离盐水的产生闪蒸蒸汽蒸发废水回收蒸馏水;同时对该方案的设备进行了初步设计。该方案的实施在消耗同样的燃料下原油采出量可提高310%,可使原油的商品率自目前的68.5%提高到76%。关键词:SAGD稠油开采;余热回收;原油;商品率Wasteenergyrecoverysystemandequipmentdesignforreducingwasteenergyinheavyoilextractionwithsteamassistedgravitydrainage(SAGD)process1
