6、larproductsthataremadefromotherpartiesintheterritoryPartyBagreethattheywilladviseandpassonallcorrespondenceandrequeststoPartyA.UponagreementbetweenPartyAandPartyB,itemsinAttachment-1canbereviewedandadded甲方委托乙方开发或生产现有或设计与功能相同或相似的新产品可授予乙方该区域专营权。乙方申请并通过协调恳求

7、甲方同意后可将该商品或类似的产品交由其所在区域符合要求其它方生产，甲方和乙方将对项目attachment-1作审查和补充。6.Termination 协议终止Duringthevalidityofthisagreement,ifeitherofthetwopartiesisfoundtohaveviolatedthestipulationsherein,theotherpartyhastherighttoterminatethisagreement.Evidenceiftheviolationistob
