1、洛阳理工学院毕业设计（论文）石油输送管线焊接装置设计摘要随着石油业的高速发展，各种石油管道应运而生，促进了石油管道焊接装备的快速发展。为了减少石油管道现场施工量，提高管道安装的效率，可以将管道在工厂进行对接焊接，本次设计针对石油输送管道的对接展开设计。通过对石油焊接装置的了解，针对X80钢1020mm20mm的石油输送管道的对接焊接，设计了管道环焊缝焊接装备—伸缩臂式焊接操作机和焊接滚轮架。伸缩臂式焊接操作主要有机架底座、立柱、悬臂梁、滑鞍以及焊机组成，悬臂梁通过动力系统实现悬臂的上下左右运动，从而使焊机能够顺利到达指定的焊接位置
