6、···························································32参考文献·······························································33摘要草坪是现代社会的重要组成部分,也是社会文明及环境的重要标志。近年随着草坪面积的增加,对草坪的护养也随之增加。手推式草坪修剪机通过齿轮传动机构把驱动轮的转动传给滚刀使滚刀旋转,利用滚刀与底刀相切形成剪刀原理对草坪进行剪切的。本文对手推式草坪修剪机的工作原理,传动系统和剪草机构等具体结构做了详细介绍,并且重点计算确

7、定了传动系统中齿轮和轴的基本尺寸,对各个标准零件、非标准零件的选取也做了相应的计算。在计算数据的基础上用AutoCAD完成无动力草坪修剪机的装配图、部分非标准件的零件二维图,并用SolidEdge完成所有零件的三维造型和装配。该机具有无污染、无噪音、无振动等优点,适用于庭院草坪,小面积草坪,防暴区域草坪。关键词:草坪;手推式草坪修剪机;传动系统TheDesignofHandMowerinLawnABSTRACTThelawnistheimportantpartinthemodernsociety,whichisanimportantsym
