1、窿镥酒滁镣VloI.35No.6a峨呷一呻‘FI-高固体分羟基丙烯酸树脂的制备常彩彩,张爱黎术,贾艳红,李忠英(沈阳理工大学环境与化学工程学院,辽宁沈阳110159)摘要:以丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)为功能性单体,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为主引发剂、过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为补加引发剂,醋酸丁酯(BAC)为溶剂,与丙烯酸类单体合成了高固体分羟基丙烯酸树脂。采用正交试验法和单因素实验考察了HEA、AIBN、BAC用量以及单体滴加时问对树脂固含量的影响,得到优化合成条件为:BAC30.00%(质量分数,后同),甲基丙烯酸甲酯20
2、.00%,HEA15.00%,甲基丙烯酸丁酯l1.00%,丙烯酸丁酯10.00%,丙烯酸2.00%,AIBN1.67%,BPO0.33%,控制在回流温度124。C下反应,单体滴加时间2h所得羟基丙烯酸树脂的固含量达75.00%,黏度为18.0S(加氏黏度管,25。C),酸值为15.00mgKOH/g,玻璃化温度为291.O5K。将其与HDI缩二脲多异氰酸酯混合,固化后所得漆膜的各项性能满足GB/T25264-2010《溶剂型丙烯酸树脂涂料))的要求,作为汽车修补漆有较好的应用前景。关键词:羟基丙烯酸树脂;固体分;正交试
