6、ughstrengthenedstaffdeploymentwithinthecompany,toenhancetheengineeringstafftoCFG桩施工技术方案 1、引言 CFG桩是在碎石桩的基础上掺加适量的石屑、粉煤灰和水泥加水拌和,制成一种粘结强度较高的半刚性桩体,又称之为水泥粉煤灰碎石桩。CFG桩可在桩长范围内发挥其摩擦力和端阻力,桩体强度具有可调性,可避免散体材料桩(碎石桩、砂桩)及低强度桩(石灰桩、灰土桩)荷载传递深度有限的缺陷,可大幅度提高地基的承载力。CFG桩属于高粘结强度桩,
7、和褥垫层、桩间土一起组成复合地基,共同承受荷载,通过调整桩长、桩距和褥垫层厚度,较好地满足承载力要求和减小自然地基与复合地基之间的差异沉降。 目前,CFG桩在高速铁路、高速公路的软基处理中得到广泛的应用,常采用长螺旋钻孔灌注成孔或振动沉管灌注成桩,但实际施工中都存在一些无法克服的弊端:均属于大型机械,进场和桩机移位较为麻烦且增加费用;另外,对施工场地要求严格,易受场地限制,需用较大的电容量。考虑本项目CFG桩施工受场地限制,大型机械进入现场后工作面狭小,移机困难,移机成本高的特点,选用当地改进的洛阳铲作为成
