2、rformagapanalysisofcurrentpracticeandperformanceaccordingtoEricssonrequirementstohelpidentifyandprioritizeissuesWhoTheevaluationconsistsof2phases.Thefirstisaself-assessmentdonebythesupplierthemselves.ThesecondisassessmentdonebyENCSETafterreceivingthesupplier’sassessmentre

3、sult.WhenThethemajor1sttiersuppliertheassessmentneedtobedoneatleastonceayear,fortherestonceevery2year.Thedurationcanbeshortenorprolongbasedonbusinessneedsandsupplierperformance.HowEveryassessmentcanfocusondifferentareasaccordingtothesuppliersperformanceandbusinessneedsPro

4、cessTheassessmentwillfollowtheprocessofopeningmeeting,sitevisit,interviewandconclusion.Whenthescoreofaparticularparameterislowerthan4,detailfindingswillbereportedandimprovementplanmustbepresentedbysuppliertoENCwithin2weeks.Whilethescoreislowerthan6theimprovementplaniseith
