1、企业人事基本档案管理系统摘要：面对我们国家越来越快的经济发展，愈来愈激烈的市场竞争，人才的重要性也愈来愈突出。人事档案的管理也就显得愈来愈重要。只有搞好人事档案的管理才能有效的合理的科学的对职员进行调配，以使其发挥出最大的效率。本系统是针对一般小型企业的人员组成情况用VB设计出基于客户机/服务器（C/S）模式的通用人事基本档案管理系统。后台数据库引擎选用数据库软件Access2000，实现了数据快速录入，查询、打印等多方面的功能，使企业人事管理工作更具科学性、规范性和高效性。关键词：人事管理系统；信息管理系统；人事基本档案管理系统；VisualBasic6.0AManagementS
